Hi, I’m Kristina.
Happy to see you on my site.
I want to tell about my way to dolls.
When I was a schoolgirl I went to art school. But never finished it due to my
relocation.
Since childhood I was fond of art. Most of all I liked knitting doll’s hats
and sew clothes for them.
In September 2015 I discovered the whole big world of dolls and I wanted to
make one myself. So I sew some Tildas. They’re very cute but yet very simple and I wanted some
more complicated doll.
At the end of 2015 I made textile wire frame and with a voluminous face
doll.
At spring 2016 I first visited the doll show Spring Dolls Ball in Moscow. It
was the whole world of inspiration.
I decided to move on with my dolls. I made the doll in "sculptural textiles"
technic.
I made my first La doll girl in august 2016 with the help from video course
by Nickolay Pavlov and also tried oven-bake polymer clay.
Then I made doll with plasticine, made plaster fittings and made dolls with
Flumo. I made a couple of boudoir and static dolls.
In 2017 I got bored by boudoir dolls, I dreamed about more tough challenge.
And I made boudoir doll with hinge.
I began dreaming about porcelain doll. I bought muffle furnace and all
materials I needed. Besides I studied by Ella Kim.
I made boudoir doll in mixed technic with porcelain details.
But the most complex doll is porcelain bjd doll. I never thought I could make
one.
In 2017’s end I studied by Mary Pikunova to make bjd doll with oven-bake
polymer clay.
In 2019г I made porcelain bjd doll.
And now I know nothing more complex, so I decided to develop with such
dolls.
In 2020 I studied by Vasiliy Nickolaevich Selivanov, professional
sculptor.
I also like to make ceramic tableware and custom Blythe doll.
